We write all of your website copy for you, with your industry, audience and relevant SEO keywords in mind to help your business be found on Google. We make sure your messaging is clear, sounds like your brand and speaks to the people you're trying to reach.
Don't have your branding or brand photography sorted? We can take care of that too, keeping your copy, imagery and brand consistent from the very beginning.

Once your copy is approved, we bring everything together and build your new Squarespace website using your copy, imagery and branding. We take care of the design, functionality and integrations, making sure everything works beautifully across desktop and mobile.

After your initial review, we test, tweak and polish the remaining details, making sure everything is working as it should and ready for the big launch day.

Every website we build is custom quoted based on the size of your project, functionality, integrations and individual business requirements. Once we understand what you need, we'll provide a detailed quote tailored to your project.

Nope! We understand the realities of running a business, so we don't expect you to pay for your whole website upfront. A 20% deposit secures your project, with the remaining payments staged throughout the build as key deliverables are completed.

Every project is unique, which is why we offer custom quotes and strategic planning. Following your initial discovery call, we'll provide you with an estimated timeframe for your project. Most of our Squarespace website builds take around 4–6 weeks.
If you have a specific deadline or launch date you need to meet, let us know. We can accommodate this for our clients 99% of the time and will work with you to make it happen.

Yes! Empowering you to manage and edit your website independently is one of our primary goals. We ensure our clients have full confidence in navigating and making updates for future use. Upon completion, you will have full ownership of your website.

We love Squarespace because it gives us the flexibility to create beautiful, custom websites while still being incredibly easy for our clients to manage themselves.
Once your website is live, we'll conduct a handover session and show you how to confidently make updates yourself. You'll have full ownership of your website, with no compulsory ongoing website management fees from JWD.
And if you'd rather we look after it? We can do that too through our optional website management plans.

Your website will be built and hosted by Squarespace, and you'll need to purchase a plan directly from them. Plans vary based on your website requirements, and I'll guide you on selecting the right plan for your project. As a bonus, you'll receive a 20% discount on your first year's subscription through me – Woohoo!
For your domain name, I recommend purchasing through GoDaddy. I can assist you with this during the project if you haven't already purchased one. GoDaddy integrates well with Squarespace and offers fantastic customer support if needed.

Yes. SEO starts during our copywriting phase, where we research relevant keywords for your business and industry and incorporate them naturally throughout your website copy.
We also complete the foundational SEO setup before launch to give your new website a strong starting point for Google search.
SEO isn't something you set and forget, so we recommend reviewing and updating your website regularly. If you'd rather not manage this yourself, we also offer optional ongoing website management.
