After completing a website, we conduct a walkthrough and send a post-video tutorial on navigating and using your Squarespace site effortlessly

  • Yes! Empowering you to manage and edit your website independently is one of our primary goals. We ensure our clients have full confidence in navigating and making updates for future use. Upon completion, you will have full ownership of your website.

  • While we prefer to start website builds from scratch, ensuring the best user experience, strategic setup, design, and SEO for optimal conversions, we are more than happy to discuss options for updating your existing website to meet your specific needs. Let's explore the best solution for your online presence.

  • Your website will be built and hosted by Squarespace, and you'll need to purchase a plan directly from them. Plans vary based on your website requirements, and I'll guide you on selecting the right plan for your project. As a bonus, you'll receive a 20% discount on your first year's subscription through me – Woohoo!

    For your domain name, I recommend purchasing through GoDaddy. I can assist you with this during the project if you haven't already purchased one. GoDaddy integrates well with Squarespace and offers fantastic customer support if needed.

  • While we don't offer 'just a logo,' we provide more comprehensive design solutions as part of our services. We believe a brand should tell a story, and that story needs a well-strategized approach to communicate effectively with your target audience. As I always say, 'Good things take time.

  • Every project is unique, which is why we offer custom quotes and strategic planning. Following your initial discovery call, we'll provide you with an estimated timeframe for your project.

  • Nope! We understand the challenges of business, and our standard payment schedule involves a 20% upfront deposit with each deliverable, billed upon completion. This ensures you don't have large bills all at once, and we receive payment regularly throughout the project duration.
